WW2 steel pot helmet collected over the years now available for resale to the public. These are genuine 1 only helmets.
Fun fact: Production of WW2 steel pot helmets in 1941 to late 1944 had their rims seemed in the front. All M1 helmets with this were produced during or just prior to WWII. In November 1944, the seam was moved to the REAR of the helmet. The alpha-numerical stamp can be spotted on the lower inside front of the helmet where the helmet moves out to the rim. The stamp can be hard to see from age and use but look closely and you can identify maker and approximate year of manufacture.
