International Orders not Relating to APO/FPO – USPS Priority Mail
All international orders must have a $100.00 USD minimum of product value to have order processed and shipped. If this is not met, your order will be voided and a notification will be sent to you.

- No returned merchandise will be accepted without our authorization. Returned merchandise may be subject to 20% restocking fee depending on situation.
- Refund will be issued minus postage.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims not made during this time are subject to denial.
- Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and Omahas must be notified before return. We will not accept merchandise for return that has been damaged in any way.
- The return of any merchandise which is not purchased from Omahas is subject to disposal or will be returned freight collect.
- Exchanges on sizes, colors, and/or type of merchandise must also be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- All claims for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged and/or unsealed cartons must be noted upon receipt from carrier.

- We will provide the necessary assistance in furnishing documentation for freight claims. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage during transit.
- Items out of stock, which are $50.00 or more, will be placed on back-order and held for 60 days. Please reorder after that time. A “no back-order” policy is available upon customer’s request.
