Original issue Marine Corps cross-flap canteen cover. New old stock, mint condition. Wire hooks are made of Steel. There is surface rust on the tip of the hooks. Snaps are brass, the ever so slight oxidation on them is white powder not rust. Also, all have at least 1 small rust mark on the canvas from being stored against the rusty wire hook. Other than that, they are spot free.
