When attached to the G.I. poncho it makes a warm, waterproof sleeping roll. These were proven in Vietnam and are one of our most requested items. New, about 5′ x 7′. with tie straps all around. It does not have a hole in the center. Made to turn the poncho into a sleep system. Makes a great lightweight blanket or sleeping bag. Veterans all agree that this is one of the best items the military ever made
