Original Military issue cotton-canvas cargo quick release strap, with cam-over action to really cinch down your load. Originally designed for the military pack-board or gas can bracket. Will work on a variety of applications. 1″ wide and will wrap up to 56 ” and hook into itself. Pull strap tight by hand and then cam-over the lever to tighten 1 1/2 more inches. New nos condition.
