NOTE: Aviator cap is Made from the WW2 US Navy Flight Deck Hat

Flaps and bill are removed from deck hat to make aviator cap. We will leave the neck flap on to confirm size, all you have to do is cut it off to complete the aviator cap. Used in good condition with some tears stains and markings. Choose size from dropdown.
