New old stock thick canvas top cover. We believe these were used to cover some type of aerial equipment from the canvas stitching resembling parachute kit bags. There are tabs on the bottom of cover to either tie down the cover, or it can be used to close it and use as a transport bag. Has a top handle to carry.
