Pith Helmet, US unissued New Pith Hat 1960s

All original from the box, United States unissued Pith Helmet from the 1960’s. These pith hats been used by various stations in our military, but more than ever were the United States Marine Corps.

The helmet has most actively been used during marksmanship course training for the Marines. During World War II, it was issued to all ranks of the Marine service. It is the longest serving helmet in the history of US military service from WWII up to the Persian Gulf War.
