Omahas Pricing, Return, Exchange, and Shipping Information
We usually ship within 48 hours of the time you place the order. Most orders take 3-5 business days transit time. 7 day waiting period is possible. Some orders may be held for additional information before shipment. Please call with any questions about shipping times.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL CUSTOMERS: Our handling times for processing and shipping are the same as above. About 24-48 hours until shipment. The processing time for USPS delivering your mail is their time delivery once they receive the package. Please add 1 day to the shipping time for our processing of order. Expect at least a 1 day delay (business days).
Orders placed on Saturday are shipped on next available business day.

- -No returned merchandise will be accepted without our authorization. Returned merchandise may be subject to 20% restocking fee depending on situation.
- -Refund will be issued minus postage.
- -All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims not made during this time are subject to denial.
- -Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and Omahas must be notified before return. We will not accept merchandise for return that has been damaged in any way.
- -The return of any merchandise which is not purchased from Omahas is subject to disposal or will be returned freight collect.
- -Exchanges on sizes, colors, and/or type of merchandise must also be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- -All claims for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged and/or unsealed cartons must be noted upon receipt from carrier.

- -We will provide the necessary assistance in furnishing documentation for freight claims. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage during transit.
- -Items out of stock, which are $50.00 or more, will be placed on backorder and held for 60 days. Please reorder after that time. A "no backorder" policy is available upon customer's request.

Very small orders usually have a higher shipping charge as a percentage of the total price. Some online dealers have an order minimum, but we prefer to let you purchase as little or as much as you like.
