These are in used, surplus condition, with the accompanying wear-and-tear that goes with hundreds of young soldiers-in-training beating the snot out of each other. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS with these items, as they were created for training men for war, and they STILL PACK A WALLOP despite the padding (note in the picture, the soldiers are still wearing helmets and padded vests).
