British survival arctic mittens . New, old stock. Superior quality leather mitten shells with silk gauntlets. Originally, all white, but the natural silk material is starting to brown a little. Manufactured in and dated 1944. These are worn in combination with wool mittens or glove liners to create a perfect, warm environment for the hands. World War 2.
