Indeed a blast from the past! Civil Defense issue in the original pack. Originally designed to operate on single D-cell battery and comes complete with manual and shoulder strap. A great addition to any Cold War collection. Boxes have been opened for unit recalibration in the mid 1980's but they are still in original mint condition. This meter is sold as collector's item only. We cannot guarantee this meter to function as intended.
