M-16 BIPOD CASE (VIETNAM ERA) Originally designed to carry and protect the spring loaded bipod for the M-16. However, it can also be used to contain anything from a maglite to tools or scopes. In addition to the main pouch, measuring 11" x 2.5", there are also 2 external pouches with zipper and snap closure to hold a variety of accessories including P-90 mags. A single slide keeper on the back allows for a quick on and off belt carrying method. Constructed of heavy canvas material. New and unissued. Vietnam era dated.
